Reflexology for Fertility, Pregnancy, Menopause & All Things Hormonal
The Treatment
Reflexology is a wonderfully gentle, yet extremely effective therapy practiced (usually) on the feet. It feels just like a foot massage and is non-invasive and totally natural. The focus is, in fact to stimulate points on the feet, known as reflexes, that correspond or mirror your organs, tissues and systems (such as your nervous or muscular system). The treatment is designed to bring about a shift, change or rebalance in your energy and thus your well-being.
The techniques are specifically adapted to work through each stage of your menstrual cycle encouraging your body to re-balance and shift towards, and regain its natural rhythm and flow.
The Benefits
In my experience, Reflexology has proven to be extremely effective in improving various hormonal imbalances and stresses resulting in:
- regulated menstrual cycles
- reduced PMS & PMT symptoms
- alleviating many of the discomforts of hormonal disruption during Pregnancy
- inducing labour
- reducing pre & post pregnancy anxieties
- alleviating the symptoms of post-pregnancy blues
- aiding natural conception
- supporting Assisted Reproductive Techniques (IUI, IVF & ICSI cycles)
- reduced stress levels & associated symptoms of stress
How I Treat
Initially I recommend treatment during each week of one entire menstrual cycle. Each treatment varies slightly in accordance with the body’s natural rhythym and focus is on re-balancing your endocrine system. We then review your response and agree your treatment plan which is likely to be based on two treatments per cycle for a further two months.
Depending on the imbalances that are being addressed, I may suggest including Acupuncture and/or Abdominal Massage in your treatment plan.
All treatments cost £50.00 and are for 60 mins.
If you would like to book a treatment or if you have some questions, please contact Alison on 07811 123 494 (call or text) or email on info@alisonfuller.co.uk.
Please note that any advice or treatment I give is holistic and that I am not diagnosing or providing treatment as an alternative service to that from your Doctor, Consultant or Medical Advisor.
